Alfie joined Ambris as a Broker working on US and Canadian open-market property placements in July 2023 from Willis, where he specialised in placing open-market North American property risks into the London market for 2 years, working on both the large and complex and middle-market teams.
A Geography (BSc) graduate from Queen Mary’s University of London, Alfie started his insurance career at MS Amlin in 2018, working as a Catastrophe Modelling Analyst. Interested in working face-to-face in the London market, underwriting was the natural next step, but this plan was unfortunately interrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
He is currently completing his CII diploma and intends to obtain his ACII next year.
In his spare time Alfie enjoys spending time with friends and family, supporting Fulham FC and leisurely bottomless brunching.
